This beautiful cottage is centrally located in the park near the pool and has an unobstructed view of Lake Maggiore. The cozy cottage was completely renovated in 2019. A new kitchen was installed, a fixed staircase to the top was made, new floors were laid, all electrics were renewed, an air conditioning system was installed and the furnishings were renewed. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a Nespresso. Downstairs is a large bedroom, upstairs is a separate bedroom made and there are 3 beds.
