Details and facilities

Villaggio Ollandese is situated on a hill and consists of 258 bungalows that are scattered around the central amenities. The park is crossed by paths, stairs and a quiet partly public part private road.

The park has a reception with Italian administrators who speak Dutch and either Germanand or English. They run the management of the park give keys when renting.

Service via the restaurant:

  • Bread service (summers)
  • Coins for the washing machine
  • Rental bed linen (per week)
  • Cot, box,
  • Highchair
  • TV per week
  • Laundry.

On the park:

  • Outdoor (unheated) swimming pool with lifeguard, 25×10 meters (opened Ascension until the end of September)
  • toddler bath
  • Playground
  • Table tennis
  • Tennis court

Restaurant “la Canonica” with terrace and bar: Pizzeria, International menu, sun terrace with panorama, miniature golf and during high season: barbecue and live music evenings.

Layout of the bungalow

The bungalows are all privately owned. Although almost all the houses were identical at the first delivery, a lot has changed with smaller and larger renovations. But the floor area of 6×6 meters is still the same.

Here are two sample formats:

  • A cottage with the layout as originally most houses were delivered
  • Living room with sitting area, dining area with open kitchen with 4 gas pips, and refrigerator
  • One bedroom with a double bed
  • one with two single beds
  • On the 1st floor (accessible via ladder) two more single beds
  • Shower room with sink, toilet and shower
  • Terrace with garden furniture

 

 

A variant where the kitchen is enlarged at the expense of one of the bedrooms. Most of the time the void above the living room was floored so that an equal number of sleeping places remained.

 

 

General:

Some houses have equipment such as washing machine, ovens or Satellite TV. Here and there is even a dishwasher.
Gas, oil and or electricity are used for cooking, hot water and heating. Gas and oil are available at the reception. Some houses are now connected to a gas grid.
Blankets (sometimes also duvets) and pillows are provided. You can take or rent sheets and demolitions yourself.

Cost per person per stay € 12.50 and a deposit of € 10,-
