Ristorante La Canonica

This is our own restaurant in the park.
Your host is Valter Tagliafero who offers you a varied menu with Italian hospitality. In addition to his own pizzas, of course from the wood oven “forno al legno”, also pasta and special menus with, for example, porcini. (delicious tasty mushrooms)

Now also with a daily menu of € 10, – starter, main course and coffee

Opening hours: From April to late October 11am to 11pm July and August 10am to midnight …

La Playa

For a real Italian pizzeria you can go to “La Playa”, where the Italians come and the TV is on occasionally. You can find these pizzaria La Playa diagonally opposite the station in Luino on the PIAZZA MARCONI 20, tel: 0332 530170

Al Pozzo

A very special Pasta experience with a spectacular view can be found at “Al Pozzo” near Maccagno in Campagnano (VA) on the PIAZZA SOLERA 2, tel: 0332 560145.

I Sgaritt

Where the Mediterranean climate and old culture meet, a person should not be sitting behind a plate of potatoes, vegetables and a ball of minced meat at 6 pm. No, the culture has to be tasted, literally. I Sgaritt is a restaurant with a great view over the lake. You can eat on two levels. The first level is a terrace, intended for pizza lovers and the simpler card. The second level rises further in height and allows you to enjoy a purely Italian menu in a romantic setting with great views of the lake.

The ‘pizza and pasta’ level is characterized by a friendly, cozy, but efficient service. An excellent place to spend an evening as a couple. On Saturday evening a dinner can also be combined with the concert in the monastery at five minutes by car. Restaurant I Sgaritt, Brezzo di bedero, Via Portovaltraglia 41. I Sgaritt can be found on the mountain side of the road along Lake Germiognaga to Laveno

Gelato

ICE, no in Italy we are talking about GELATO and preferably gelato artigianale.
So not just scoop ice cream from a large dairy company, but homemade ice cream with natural ingredients!!

In Germignaga there are even 2 Gelaterias on the main square that sell great ice cream:

• Titty Gelateria Artigianale brightly decorated with space for the little ones
• just a new name Pizzeria Gelateria (where you can get takeaway pizzas from the wood oven in addition to gelato)
